My name is Adam Erusalimsky. I am the founder of Eralis Partners.

I established Eralis Partners to work alongside claimant teams pursuing complex claims, ranging from one-off commercial disputes to large collective redress actions — helping them secure and structure litigation finance with clarity, discipline and commercial realism.

At Eralis Partners, I act as a partner to claimants and their lawyers, translating complex disputes into investable assets and guiding them through the realities of the funding market. Drawing on a decade as a commercial litigator and six years underwriting and managing investments for leading litigation funders, I bring both courtroom insight and an investor’s perspective to every mandate.

The result is durable alignment between claimants and capital providers, enabling cases to move forward with confidence from development through funding and beyond.
